Meet Reverend Corrie (Gustafson) Montoya
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Westmont College (2002) and a Master of Divinity from Regent College (2006). I was ordained by the Evangelical Covenant Church in 2014. I became a certified grief counselor through the American Academy of Grief Counseling in 2025.

I began my career in 2003 working with young adults and college students while completing my seminary degree. Since then I’ve served three congregations, completed an internship and residency in Clinical Pastoral Education, and have worked as a hospital, hospice, and school chaplain. I now serve as a chaplain at a large and vibrant retirement community in Florida.
